Yep.
That was one of the first things I learned in law school
—assault and then the battery.

I’m doing 3 or 6 mile hikes as much as every other day. I need something aerobic, though. I thought about a stationary bike for watching TV. I’d prefer to ride the logging roads around here. I’m on a hill. 200 feet of flat road and then it’s steep downhill on pavement, or steep uphill on gravel. Not conducive to grabbing the bike and taking off. I aspire to pushing the bike up the hill, losing altitude gradually, to a local lake, and regaining the altitude gradually by taking a different route home, partially through the woods. I think I could avoid some of the dangers of traffic. Pools have zero appeal; water’s for fishing. Yoga is something to consider.
Ideas so good they need to be mandatory.
Just remember when you bike, if you do, people are drunk and high around the clock.
I’ll go out on a limb and guess being a NAVY SEAL wasn’t ever a thought for you...
Yoga works, and depending where you do it, there’s often attractive females.
So in the future, fifty-year-olds will be bribing fifty-one-year-olds to buy them a carton of cigs.
No, but they keep trying.
Recreational marijuana law in New Zealand brings new changes - MJBizDaily The law would impose a progressive excise tax on recreational cannabis products based on weight and potency, meaning higher taxes would apply to marijuana containing more THC. Manu Caddie, CEO of Rua Bioscience in New Zealand's Tairawhiti region, said the draft law is an excellent starting place for the country.
New Zealand may want to examine how Prohibition worked for us. And how the War on Drugs is working for us.
SEALS? No. Around here, the water tries to kill you, be it at the beach or the rivers. Personal watercraft on lakes are fun, though.
Gyms and schedules don’t do anything for me, so formal yoga classes are out.
Gotcha. There’s tons of yoga videos, for free, on YouTube.
If you go on the water, you damn well better know how to swim...
Yup, the govt says smoking pot is as pure as mothers milk. Why it’s healthy, has millions of great benefits to your body…. Oh and generates big bucks from taxes.
Hypothermia will drain you so fast in the ocean, and the rivers will smash you on rocks. Swimming doesn’t really enter into it. An acquaintance of my sister’s may still be missing in one of the inland reservoirs. If you kayak, wear your damn life jacket. You won’t have time to do anything but wish you had if you hit cold water.
Being a Genesis fan, any mention of assault and battery brings this to mind:

Are the Kiwis a bunch of eunuchs? Why are they just like sheep and accepting this totalitarian regime and the horse faced Communist running the country?
Baby driver should be exempted.
Baby boss too.
Yep, totally missed that!
Ho-Lee Carp!
Commies.
Selling loosies or whole packs to the younger set. Small scale or large, it is smuggling. ;)
I failed to add robbery. I failed you.
No you didn’t fail me.
But listening to that song might make you feel better.
