Apparently Romney was okay with the Obama pardon of Chelsea Manning and the FALN terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera. He may have also approved of Clinton’s pardon of Marc Rich, two members of the Weathermen, and sentence commutations to 16 FALN terrorists.
