Russia produces all the microchips in their ICBMs, and land missiles. They are also producing the chips for the drone war. As far as artillery shells, they are producing over 60,000 rounds a month while they burn thru cold war stocks. I am sure that Russia will have enough to finish the job when it freezes....

“they are producing over 60,000 rounds a month while they burn thru cold war stocks”

Indeed Sir, indeed.

“...United States defense contractors can only produce 20,000 artillery shells in a month while Russia is firing that many in one day and is able to continue supplying its troops.”
https://sonar21.com/the-war-in-ukraine-has-exposed-the-weakness-of-the-u-s-military/

I remain cautious on a coming Russian winter offensive while Russian build up continues, but time will tell.

The Russians have not yet declared war on Ukraine. They are still in the Special Operations phase, and the reset will a suspension of the SO, and when the ground is frozen they will declare war. They have 700,000 now in support for a war like NATO and Ukraine never thought could happen. Maybe the US will put troops in Kiev to protect Z-boy, but expect that Russia takes back all the cities Catherine the Great built, e.g., Odessa, and a few more currently in Ukrainian gunsights or control. The Ukraine is spent and losing 1,000 casualities a day; 500-600 a day in Bahtmut, and 200-300 in other areas of the front. This war is an artillery meatgrinder.

You then know there are 700,000 troops massed in support of a declaration of War and the winter operation. I met that they are producting 60,000 a month.

I’ve been avoiding these threads, but someday I’m going to go back and figure out what really happened.

Yes, I am aware.

Just not entirely sold on a coming Russian Winter offensive.
For some odd reason(s), it may get postponed.
I am still researching on this line of thought; hence, my mention that time will tell.

Personally, I want Putin to pull all the stops and just end this House of Cards Kyiv Nazi-infested Kyiv Regime, but I am not as calculating as Putin is, so I differ to those Russian field commanders and leadership to decide if or when such takes place.

“Clown, that was a joke. You punked yourself.”

It’s really hard to tell with the infestation of so many people like you carrying on day after day with your delirious nonsense. Thanks to the likes of you, FR is a strange mix of “Drudge Report”, a nursing home, and “Romper Room”.

My apologies to the commenter *if* he was also mocking people like you.

Putin is an idiot commander for Putin's war, and so are his field commanders. Many who have been killed off by the Ukrainians. Vlad's war leadership in Moscow? What a joke. They are awful too. The only effective Russians are the Wagner Group run by Yevgeny Prigozhin. Who is Putin's chef. Kadyrov's Muslims mostly stand back and send videos back home. Kadyrov is saving his private army for when Putin gets deposed.

You do know the Russian standard issue AK-74M (and all variations after) uses 5.45x39mm ammunition?

The train from North Korea must be late. Or China, or Iran. No, Russia isn’t running out of ammo—didn’t they say this in March? They haven’t been reduced to using wooden bullets yet.

Update on Russian military operations in Ukraine for December 12, 2022.

- Russia continues its war of attrition - focusing on exhausting and overwhelming critical Ukrainian defenses around Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine/western Russia;
- Despite claims that Russian missile stockpiles are depleted, Russia continues carrying out regular, large-scale missile barrages against Ukrainian infrastructure;

- Latest US assistance package for Ukraine continues the trend of dwindling, inadequate support for Ukraine;
- US government procurement numbers over the course of the next 2-5 years indicates that at no time in the near future will the US be capable of producing let alone supplying Ukraine with the number of weapons and ammunition it requires;
- While Russian production data is not available, the fact that Russia’s stockpiles and military were configured for large-scale protracted and intense combat suggests its military industrial output is likewise configured for such demands;
- The Western media is now admitting that Ukraine can neither win, nor is there any moral imperative to ensure that it does...

Let’s hear from the Russia supporters on this one. Does Russia have plenty of ammunition? That’s the only thing this article asserts, do you have anything to contradict that?
