Russia produces all the microchips in their ICBMs, and land missiles. They are also producing the chips for the drone war. As far as artillery shells, they are producing over 60,000 rounds a month while they burn thru cold war stocks. I am sure that Russia will have enough to finish the job when it freezes....

I remain cautious on a coming Russian winter offensive while Russian build up continues, but time will tell.
