The 15-year-old boy raped his female classmate in a transgender-friendly bathroom at Stone Bridge High School in Virginia in May last year.

The boy, who was wearing a kilt during the incident, was convicted of sexually assaulting another girl at a different school in October last year.

Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler denied there were any records of the assaults – with the grand jury report exposing him as a liar."

Youngkin is more concerned with getting good press from the liberal media than in getting results.
