It’s pretty obvious what must be done here. All luggage at all airports must be secured and locked, and watched by guards. Sure, that would be expensive.

I had a suitcase stolen once, from the Atlanta airport, about 35 years ago. The thief got 4 rolls of undeveloped photos, lots of pregnancy clothes, 2 suits and ties, and a bunch of toddler clothing. Long before eBay so I’m sure a lot of that ended up in the trash.
Fwiw, I’ve never put my address on a luggage tag since then, just a way to contact me. Phone number now.

I had a duffel bag stolen but not stolen , they just didn’t put it out , maybe they were afraid of it , I had to ask them for it ,LOL
I think he’s just FABULOUS, but he does need to cut down a bit on the bag thefts.
I always thought it was very strange that, with all the ridiculous TSA “security” to get on a plane, literally anyone can just stroll into the baggage area and take whatever they want off the carousels. As long as the bag owner doesn’t see them do it.
Interesting how this freak of nature is given every benefit of the doubt by the FJB administration and the MSM. Even though they have video and physical evidence, he hasn’t been terminated, let alone jailed.
