What percentage of “wealthy” or even middle-class people commit violent crimes? I doubt it is anywhere near the levels of carnage seen in the inner cities. The excuse is a crock.

did they keep the provisions that prohibit LEOs from removing trespassers from private property? ... meaning, for example, anyone can invade your home, camp out in your living room and law enforcement is powerless to help out ...
