I don’t believe that but if true, what are our other choices?
Continue to support President Trump or stand down, let the destroyers have it and try to wait out the destruction in Galt's Gulch.

The further we get form this last election th smaller Desantis will get. He’s not going to run against Trump.
Rich patriots like Trump, YES!
“””Especially Kemp here in GA. IMO, Kemp et al, have a lot to be fearful of with a DJT admin sitting in the WH.”””
I do not see Kemp or any of the other spineless GOP governors being fearful of DJT or DeSantis in the White House.
When DeSantis actions during the past four years are compared to the inactions of the spineless GOP Governors, that is what these lackluster governors do not like.
At some point we need to compile a list of DeSantis’s actions and then compare that list to what the other 30 Governors have done or not done.
Here are a couple of DeSantis actions:
1. Endorsed conservative school board candidates.
2. Regularly puts media in their place when they ask foolish questions.
Have the other 30 plus GOP governors done anything similar????
It’s funny, the group of people here who are trying their best to disparage the man who fought to keep Florida open, took on Disney, took on the woke school boards, and passed parental rights bills as the “Establishment RINO” while the guy who filled his administration with Deep State stooges before handing the country over to Dr. Fauci is the “conservative fighter who will drain the swamp!”
The article is a bunch of crap. There is no “ballot harvesting” or mass mail out of ballots in Florida. In order to get a mail in ballot, the voter must request one from the board of elections with proof of residency before one is mailed. After it is completed, the ballot may be mailed back or returned in person to the County BOE, where the signature is verified. In 2020,my Daughter had to go to the SOE office in person, because her right hand was broken and she signed with her left. The signatures didn’t match, so she was requested to come in person, to fill out and sign another ballot.
This article attempts to paint a veteran who came from a small modest family, DeSantis, as the epitome of big business and the elite, while simultaneously trying to claim billionaire self promoter Trump as the symbol of the common man. Gimme a break!
Here’s what’s been happening the last few weeks here in the real world, that the author purposefully failed to mention.

DeSantis says big business in US needs to change
Gov. Ron DeSantis said the goal of big business in the United States needs to shift from serving corporate America to creating a “good, fulfilling life and a prosperous society.”
“Corporatism is not the same as free enterprise, and I think too many Republicans have viewed limited government to basically mean whatever is best for corporate America is how we want to do the economy,” DeSantis said.
“And my view is, obviously, free enterprise is the best economic system, but that is a means to an end,” DeSantis continued. “It’s a means to having a good, fulfilling life and a prosperous society. It’s not an end in and of itself.”
The Republican also touted Florida’s example of education and medical freedom while blasting leftist COVID-19 mandates. “Not only were they wrong about schools, the elites were wrong about lockdowns, epidemiological and hospitalization models, forced masking, the efficacy of natural immunity,” DeSantis said.
“In almost every significant issue, the elites were wrong.”
Trump only!
I don’t think Trump can win. He was a one win wonder.
Ok .. I get it. You think Trumps dinner was a complete error. But did you read Trumps response to why he accepted dinner with someone he called very troubled and in need of some guidance that had reached out to him? Did you Read Trumps statement that he wasn’t expecting Fuentes didn’t know the guy and had no idea of his politics? Have you bothered to go on Social media to witness support for Trump following this? I have.
Of course I’ve read Trump’s reply to how this CF happened.
It wasn’t his fault. He was set up. He didn’t know. No one told him. It was an accident. A mistake.
And of course, he won’t do it again.
Bottom line: Trump did an adequate job of spinning this unfortunate event. But the damage was done.
Trump is also my first choice. But you are spot on about the damage being done by a mistake. Paraphrasing Talleyrand; at times, a mistake is worse than a crime.
You need to work on your reading comprehension.
The article specifically stated that there was none of that in Florida
What was absent from the Democrat playbook in Florida were mail-in ballots, drop boxes, ballot harvesting, and same-day registration that Democrats accelerated during the COVID-19 scare in 2020. The dirty little secret is that the results in Florida would almost certainly be delivered in other states, too, if those states had gotten rid of those practices that destroy election integrity. The contrast between Florida and Democrat-run states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, and Minnesota is stark regarding how elections were run.The Epoch Times specifically praised Florida for getting election integrity right.
So, you thought Biden, Fetterman, Whitmer et al could win, but now Trump can’t?
I only want people who can't be bought.
When Ron DeSantis (for example) flies to a campaign rally in another state, the first thing I ask myself is: "Who paid for the flight?"
When Donald Trump flies to a campaign rally, I never have to ask myself that question. He even has his own name on the side of his luxury jet to prove the point.
I’m sticking with Trump in 2024.
My position is simple: “Why take a chance?”
Keep supporting Trump
Relatively speaking, the guy is flat broke … which means he will do whatever he’s told if he wants to have a career in public office.
That’s why Trump is the best man for the job. Not sure what happens after him because what you point out is a huge issue. Money is the root of all evil, they say.
