The German prosecutor’s office said the suspects belong to a terrorist group founded in November 2021 at the latest, which aims to overthrow the government in Berlin and install its own leaders through the “forcible elimination of the democratic constitutional state.”
The members of the association are aware that this project can only be realized through the use of military means and violence against state representatives,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement early Wednesday. It said there was “the suspicion that individual members of the association have made concrete preparations to forcibly invade” the German parliament, the Bundestag, “with a small armed group.”
“The details are yet to be worked out,” it added.
The statement added that the group was motivated by a rejection of the “free democratic basic order of the Federal Republic of Germany.”
Some member’s the group’s “military arm” are former members of the German army, the Bundeswehr, prosecutors said. The German armed forces have been beset by a series of scandals involving personnel belonging to far-right groups.
130 people are not going to overthrow anything.
We may be seeing the people already in control of government suppressing any political opposition.
I highly doubt 25 people thought they could plan a coup.
If that happened here, it would be the FBI that started it, then rounded up the usual suspects.
The idiots in the media insist on calling this brand of ideology as “far-right” but it is nothing pf the kind. This is another form of command-and-control, with roots in socialistic thinking.
The perspective that makes this seem to be “far-right” is only from other forms of socialism. The proponents of socialist doctrines are so self-absorbed that they cannot conceive of another kind of social organization, and their whole existence is so keyed to one form or another of socialistic command-and-control, they view everything through the same prism. And they all fall into warfare among themselves, each believing that theirs is the “One and True Path”.
A delusion that has endured since the rise of human governance with the organization of clans and tribes.

3000 police raid 130 homes, yet the government hopes to figure out what they were up to later. I’m reserve support until I know what the targeted group was really about. From what was presented, this massive police action seems more like looking for a crime than law enforcement.

If she is saying it, and the MSM is reporting it, then just remember, it is the opposite of the truth.
Two things drop from this article, at least to me:
1) This clearly demonstrates that with modern surveillance technology and application, it is impossible to organize any revolution... so anyone who thinks we can throw off tyranny here in America with AR-15s is foolhardy. Therefore, any revolt must occur spontaneously and with a vast majority of the populace, as in the Color Revolutions that have occured over the last few decades.
2) So what is the purpose of any military-lookalike firearm? It has two purposes: One, if the government starts coming for individual citizens to imprison them for political views, or to ‘disappear’ them, it is a deterrent. Two, if societal systems collapse outright, it will help in the defense against roving gangs.
