We have been living under a national state of emergency EO since Trump signed it while in office. Every year its been renewed including under Biden. This gives the President/CIC extraordinary powers including martial law. So the question remains who is really the President or CIC?
Trump is the only president who followed the Constitution to the letter.
Please add my name to you ping list.
All you are doing is arguing that the Constitution is a dead document, and that we do not deserve the freedoms our founders created for the citizens of this country.
Excellent essay, Robert.
Lately, I have been trying to make the legal point that the crimes of sedition and disrupting an election certification are not possible if the election was fraudulent.
I contend that the Department of Justice must first prove - beyond a reasonable doubt - that the election was fair and honest.
I cannot prove that the election was fraudulent.
But, the DOJ cannot prove that the election was honest.
Apparently, you, along with some of the Q followers, are under the delusion that Trump is still president and CIC. You guys are welcome to your delusions. In the real world, Biden is unfortunately our president, Biden is CIC, and the military is not going to “step in” and install Trump as president.
I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is. Are you? If the military installs Trump as president, I’ll donate an extra $100 to FR. If this has not happened before Election Day, 2024, you donate an extra $100. Deal?
No, I am not not saying the Constitution is a dead document. I am saying that it says what it says. You seem to be saying it can interpreted to mean just about anything you want it to mean. And that is what the progressives mean, too, when they call it a “living document”. Kinda like they call abortion a “reproductive right” and “women’s healthcare”.
Are you sure you want to go there?
Lazy statesmanship is not good statesmanship, and it easily voids “good intentions” as it shows just plain sloppy (ill considered) communication. As such slopppy thinking (not thinking enough before speaking) moves from domestic to an international stage, grave miscalculations can result.
Trump needs to clean up his communications, and soon. That is not about his “intentions” but is seriously about his poor ability to communicate real well his real intentions.
Against the US Military?
No chance..
Against King Brandon Fedzilla army and White Coats?
Security would need to be at a Premium wherever a Fedzilla lived,worked..
I’m actually amazed somebody hasn’t dirt napped Fauci yet..
And nobody who had a relative killed by Cuomo hasn’t tried to put him six feet under.
There is a pendulum out there.
And it has to swing back at some point..
Maybe Trump and his talk of Constitution and elections keeps the people from rising up..
Because it wouldn’t take much to watch the pendulum swing back and take lots in Fedzilla with it..
That might just be Trump’s job.
Keep talking like elections matter.
Because they really don’t in Banana Republics..
And that’s what this is today..
Trump has a pattern of issuing “easily misinterpreted” statements that dig Grand Canyon-sized holes for himself. He has to know that the media will jump on the worst explanation and crucify him. So why does he do it? Does he engage in this because:
1) as a confident patriarch, Trump says what he wants, rather than reciting carefully parsed lawyer-speak like a weaseling Clinton; most Trump supporters like this and those who don’t can go F themselves;
2) it’s part of a communications strategy with some greater benefit (e.g., fooling leftists into spreading news the left would otherwise censor, like the fact that the FBI and other Democrats in government manipulate social media to subvert elections and free speech rights); or,
3) Trump has a psychological need to struggle against impossible odds — the most impossible and perfect odds ever.
You are already on my ping list!
There are big talkers, and some of them have been talking big for the past 20 years here on FR. But they have remained at their keyboards, rifles in their racks, and still remain so.
Things would have to get much, much, much worse before those rifles come out of their racks. Trump posting like he’s Veruca Salt on TS is not going to move anyone in one direction or another.
He needs to be talking like election integrity needs to be restored because elections matter, not demanding impossible things like “steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG” by either installing him in office as the “rightful winner” or holding a do-over election. And he should be taking action and spending the money we donated for that purpose to make it happen.
The Constitution created the Supreme Court to rule on the the laws of the land and to interpret those laws as well.
They have interpreted that in contract law, fraud invalidates a contract making it unenforceable.
The Constitution is a contract between the citizens & the government defining the limits of their power.
It does not provide remedies, for the remedies are left up to the Supreme Court to decide.
The Supreme Court refused to do what they were created to do, namely hear disputes and then make a ruling in the disputes.
Furthermore, elections are also contracts between the citizens and the government. That contract is to ensure a fair & honest election so that no citizen is disenfranchised by an election due to fraudulent activities.
The Constitution clearly gives state legislatures the power to govern the elections within their states. That power within the states was usurped from state legislatures by governors and state supreme courts, in direct violation of the Constitution. When these usurpation cases were tried in state courts they ruled against the legislatures.
The U.S. Supreme Court refused to take the cases, which mean they then violated their oaths to protect the Constitution from both domestic & foreign enemies by not intervening where they most certainly had the authority to do so.
There was a complete breakdown of Constitutional measures that are in the Constitution that were totally ignored.
You & others are telling me that there is no way of combating fraud. Well, I fervidly disagree with all of the naysayers on their misguided contentions that their are no remedies after an election has already taken certain steps, especially when other steps were ignored & bypassed. That is just people who have been brainwashed to believe that falsehood.
I appreciated that.
It enabled me to pay the three packs of ramen admission price
to the homies in C block's sock-puppet production of "Wakanda Forever"
which was fascinating and informative.
Alas, shortly following that, I grew bored with the whole scene
and had some of El Chapo's boys bust me out.
Employee perks, you betcha.
Having asked myself how we could employ rifles to change the course of the rapidly-becoming-fascist America, and coming up with no answers, I have come to a different conclusion on what purposes rifles can be used for.
As far as using rifles to change America, where would we assemble? Who would we shoot?
I cannot come up with any good answers to those questions. So I've thought about where rifles CAN be used. There are two scenarios:
I posted his exact words as the very first image in my post, and yes, you still can interpret your highlighted sentence one of two ways.
