Of course he did. Many of these n00bs have only been watching President Trump for a year or two. This is how he works ideas into the conversation. It starts out with a joke, or a misunderstanding. Then it becomes official.

And let's not pretend like that's a bad thing. In order to right the wrongs of the Stolen Election, we'll need to (temporarily) suspend some sections of the constitution while we Drain the Swamp. Otherwise, we'll never have a country again.
