She had the surgery in 2020 and she is 32?
She was all grown up.
While I decry the ethics of these surgeries in general, she knew what she was doing. Suing the folks who gave her what she asked for is not going to go well, imho.
“ She had the surgery in 2020 and she is 32?
She was all grown up.”
Yes, but that shouldn’t let the doctor off the hook. Just because a nutcase asks him to mutilate her, doesn’t give him immunity for complying. What if she’d asked him to saw off both of her legs and drill a hole in her skull?
and if i ask doctors to chop off my perfectly good arm?
they will refuse
and refer me to a psychiatrist
there is an actual dysphoria that makes you think your arms and legs are foreign objects
when your mind and reality does not intersect
reality rules
only for gender dysphoria the LEFT insists that the mind rules
And if they’d refused to do the surgery she would have sued them for that. These people are clearly suffering from mental disorders and should be treated accordingly.
The issue of misdiagnosis is actually a very good case. When you have doctors telling someone suffering from schizophrenia that they actually suffer from gender dysphoria, there is ground for hell of a lawsuit.
Let us remember that Nazi democrat black Supreme Btch who said only doctors and not you can tell who is a woman… She set the precedent of who is liable ironically in her fiendish government and “science” power grab of gender defining at the expense of patient knowledge.
Morally, you may be correct. However, many medical malpractice claims are based upon the "lack of informed consent." Thus, the health care workers may be liable if they encouraged this person to have mutilation surgery without first addressing the underlying mental health issues. In other words, the person would not have consented to the surgery if she had been told that desire to cut off her breasts and pretend to be a male may be the result of a mental health issue that can be treated without irreversible mutilation surgery.
