Only 8 states mass mail out ballots. It was 7 states up until this year with VT joining the list. CA is one of the states that mass mails them out but the CA GOP learned their lesson in 2018 and is now harvesting ballots and putting ballot collection boxes in churches.

That is why we have the House. CA GOP learned to play by the new rules.

25 states and D.C. allow someone chosen by the voter to return their ballot.
11 states specify who may return ballots on behalf of voters. Many of these laws specify that household members, caregivers, and/or family members may return ballots.
1 state specifies that only the voter may return their mail ballot.(Alabama)
13 states do not have laws specifying whether someone may return ballots on behalf of voters.
9 states name specific groups of individuals who may not return mail ballots
12 states place limits on how many ballots a person may return on others’ behalf or on how many voters for whom one may return ballots.
7 states and D.C. only allow another person to return a voter’s ballot if that voter meets specific criteria, such as having a disability or qualifying for an emergency ballot.
8 states mass mail out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls which may or may not be clean

You compare the list of voters with those who haven’t voted. You approach those who haven’t voted in your party with a ballot and have them vote for your candidate. The harvester then takes your ballot to the post office or a ballot box depending on the laws in that state.

Not illegal. Not really immoral either. Find a lazy republican, of which there is no shortage of, have them fill out and sign ballot, turn it in. You're merely increasing turnout. That is a big part of what the dems are doing to win. CA, CO, HI, NV, OR, UT, WA and now VT are the states that mail them out en-masse. Most of those are blue but like we're seeing in Cali, there are US House seats to be won. Also State government seats, county positions etc.

Can't win if you don't play the game. CA GOP is playing while the rest of us whine that it's not fair.

One nursing home for people with dementia, had a number of
patients who had cast their votes, but couldn’t tell you
if their visitor was they relative or not. Family
members were furious.

I don’t see Republicans doing that. I do see Democrats
doing that.

You can join the new rules, but that’s foolish, because the
new rules are so full of loopholes, that fraud is almost
impossible to stop. It’s been proven in two major elections
now.

The Democrats over-register people. They are so desperate
they park outside stores and catch people coming out.
People who would never vote, sign up. Then, because
voting didn’t drive them to register on their own, they
just don’t show up on election day.

So the Republicans helped them fix that. We signed on
to voting by mail.

Now all of a sudden their registered Democrats are
mysteriously voting in numbers they never have before.

I don’t back that. The last thing I want are people who
are tool lazy to get informed, understand what’s going
on, or even have half a clue about anything.

Increasing voters at the polls is a real danger if you
get folks there who are clueless. Our side made that
a certainty with mail in voting.

And if their people don’t vote, someone does it for them.

It makes voting for dead people easy.
