So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great "Founders" did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!

I'm not sure what you mean by that, but I think you'll find that even with the very first presidential election (in 1788-89), electors were chosen by some (admittedly, limited) form of "popular vote" in six states (i.e., Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Virginia), whereas in the four other states that participated in the election at the time (i.e., Connecticut, Georgia, New Jersey, South Carolina), the electors were selected by that state's legislature.
When the legislative, judicial, and executive branches collude to defeat the election of the leadership by the people of the United States of America, then the Constitution is no longer being followed, and is as dead as the Monarchy was in 1776.
The people voted on the Constitution as a way to govern ourselves, and when the contract is breached, then the remedies may include the voiding of the original agreement expressed by the people.
We the people must agree to the rules which govern us. Lately, we do not agree. Chaos ensues.
We must now fight for the means to govern ourselves once again -
We must have a Constitutional Convention, poste haste.
Trump is right - we need not be obedient to an Agreement that no longer is recognized as operative by any power base in the Country.
It depends on who gets behind it. It can be optics for a movement with purpose and power.

I the past great Americans looked to themselves and formed vigilance committees to protect themselves from criminals in government. Look up the San Francisco Committee of Vigilance.
Actually the Constitution ALSO says that it's the "United States" that guarantees each state "a republican form of government".
So what is a republican form of government?
As of 2020 and 2022 election in AZ, do we still have a republican form of government with the people being the ultimate source of authority, or do we now have a despotic form of government.
What about in PA? What about some of the other states.
I'm still waiting for the courts, particularly the USSC to do their duty on this.
Lets just all roll over and accept there was lots of fraud and the government criminally attempted to undermine, compromise and overthrows a legitimately elected candidate and president. Then an entire election

The Constitutional process for removing a duly elected President does not apply if the election is proven fraudulent.
If the 2020 election is deemed fraudulent (Unconstitutional), then no removal process is necessary - there is simply no duly elected President, and a Constitutional election must take place.
Now, I don’t think there’s a snowball’s chance in hell that will happen, but it is absurd to argue that the strict Constitutional process for removing a President is there to uphold the results of a fraudulent election.
Those protections (the strict impeachment process) are there to protect a duly elected President, not to protect a fraud.
Quo Warranto Proceeding.
Evidence to be introduced proving fraud sufficient to affect the outcome.

100% correct. Biden I’m sure you could get on a million things, but not seeing anything the rises to the level of impeachment for Harris.
I think you’d have to base the entire impeachment on the stolen election and so get rid of both of them for having obtained their offices via fraud. Whether they knew/participated or not.
I’m in favor of this, but I doubt the public would be. Let’s never forget how much most people hate politics. I’m sure this would be seen as ‘making things worse’.
Trump is saying some pretty stupid stuff lately. I agree, he wuz robbed. But this has happened before in American politics. We must keep moving forward.
And the slams against DeSantis and Youngkin just looked extremely childish and petty. And, the remarks also came across as slamming Trump supporters (and others) who voted for them.
I’ve often gotten annoyed at people for expecting DJT to save the world single-handedly. Now he too seems to think that is possible. But, newsflash - IT’S NOT!!!
The DC criminals will require that their illegitimate power to be taken from the grasp of their cold dead hands. That’s the only way this country and our Constitutional government can be restored. End of story.

Sadly, USC provides for neither of those options.
Only option is to run and somehow overcome fraud in 2024.
The Conservative successor nation to the USA needs to have these events codified and voter id as well.
