And which enumerated power gives Congress the ability to force private sector employees to work under conditions they don't agree with ?

America has become a totalitarian state run by a kleptocracy, and I don't see how this can be fixed at the ballot box.

They are using the commerce clause (an old favorite of theirs) and the emergency powers clause.

But there is NOTHING that can make a person work if he’s determined not to. Nothing.

Then with an impasse such as workers deciding not to work en masse, does the executive branch pull a Canada or Brazil option by freezing bank accounts of the refuseniks? Probably so. We are there.

The constitution gives congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. The railroad act of 1862 started this nonsense.
