They are using the commerce clause (an old favorite of theirs) and the emergency powers clause.

But there is NOTHING that can make a person work if he’s determined not to. Nothing.

Then with an impasse such as workers deciding not to work en masse, does the executive branch pull a Canada or Brazil option by freezing bank accounts of the refuseniks? Probably so. We are there.

Freeze the bank accounts of railroad strikers?

There’s a recipe for an all-out bloody revolution.

The feds could tie the strikers to power poles and flay their backs with a cat-o-nine-tails.

That’ll teach ‘em.
