Tim Cook is a liar. Apple did threaten to kick Twitter off its App Store.

He found out quickly millions would love to abandon Apple completely and were excited for any option Elon Musk could offer.

Apple can still go down in flames over this. Any tech company can lose to a company more innovative.

Tim Cook not only met with Musk but also with GOP leaders in Congress. He needed to make peace. Apple is having a major crisis in China. Cook cannot war with Musk, Congress and China at the same time.

The two major Smartphone competitors outside of China are Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Android ( Microsoft’s Windows phone is crap ). A third major innovative competitor would definitely LOWER the price of smartphones even further.

He’s gotta think of other major manufacturing sources. Depending on a country that can change its policies at the whim of ONE party is a recipe for disaster.

It’s not the Teslaphone they are worried about, it’s the Starlinkphone.

When you own a constellation of low-earth orbiting satellits designed to deliver internet access anywhere on the globe, you can be sure Musk can do things that Apple and Google can’t...and they do not want him as an enemy.

A few days ago he tweeted:

Elon is an innovator and disruptor of a global scale. Apple will not want him to get into the phone business. Apple used to have someone like Elon - Steve Jobs. Now they do not have anyone of that caliber. Apple is still coasting along on the waves of what Steve Jobs accomplished.

Woke-ism is not going to help Apple if Elon enters the phone market. Not to mention, Elon now has the megaphone of Twitter. He already started going after Apple on Twitter, making it awkward for Apple when he pointed out a few things.
