True the Vote needs to present its evidence in court. They make claims that they discovered tide-turning voter fraud and has promised to present its evidence. Unsurprisingly, it never has.

As I said - you're a vote fraud denier.

In the face of actual evidence of vote fraud, which Democrat "judges" in the counties where the vote fraud is occurring will deny to the faces of the people that see it.

Eff your phony "rule of law" BS.

I'm done with it.

I'm going to have to research you a little bit.

You're Class of 97, but late December.

I have the FR records from back then.

I'd be interested to review what you were posting back then.

Im not a fraud denier. I don’t say there is no fraud. But when claims of massive fraud are made, they need backed up with evidence, not accusations and hyperbole. As for going through my history, have at it. Enjoy!

LOL!

Marc Elias, you Assistant Democrat POS.

Now I know you work for the other side.

That is nonsense meant to frighten people. I do not believe constitutional law allows people to be disenfranchised. One way or the other, the election cannot be finalized unless the votes of all the voters are counted.

Where do you come up with this "lose a house seat" crap?

I am hearing it too. I think no one actually knows how this will work.

We are entering unknown legal territory.

Again, you make accusations and use hyperbole.

If the vote isn’t certified, those other votes can’t be considered. If the tabulators aren’t “fit” for tabulation, they can’t be considered for any candidate. The Cochise votes are needed for that house seat to be R.

If the judge rules anything that isn’t law, they will be ruling from the bench.

All too common here.

My typo aside, feel free to check back on this thread in a few weeks and see whose argument prevailed.

Whether your pessimistic prediction comes to pass is irrelevant as to whether or not it is correct. I've seen too much wrong stuff happen and nothing is done about it.

Not that I will take any joy in winning.

Well at least that's reassuring. Sometimes I think you and some others are on the other side and are just here on Free Republic to run interference.

I know what you are, Coronal.

Took me a while to figure it out, because you laid low during the FR primary wars of 2016 - but I got your number a year or two ago after you posted one too many of your signature "termite" articles.

Started looking at your output, and why you were doing it.

You rarely reply, so it's hard to read you. But I did.

Recognizing that Democrat "judges" are the only ones getting Democrat vote fraud cases, because those are the jurisdictions where the vote fraud is happening isn't hyperbole, nor is it a mere accusation.

It's the reality. So I spit on your clown law.

I've been wondering for the last few years why an Obama judge finally shut down the Consent Decree of 1982, and I think I can make an educated guess.

The DNC realized that all its chess pieces were in place in the vote fraud centers, and could let go of the nationwide injunction, because any lingering federal judges [Reagan, Nixon or Grabby Poppy types that hadn't "grown" in office] that weren't on board would have left the building.

They've had all the local judges for many years, and many of the state supreme courts in the affected areas. See "Pennsylvania".

That’s not true. In 2020, most were federal judges, many appointed by Trump. I can’t speak to this case. I’ve not seen the filing or the court.

BTW - I addressed this in my original post that you disingenuously posted about:

It wasn’t a sham election. At a minimum, there is ZERO indication of fraud in Cochise County! And I don’t want my Republican Congressman to turn into a Democrat one because these bozos refuse to do their job honestly!
