President Joe Biden said Tuesday that people were only starting to see the effects of his multi-trillion dollar spending agenda, despite Americans continuing to struggle with higher prices from inflation.
“We passed the American Rescue Plan,” Biden boasted. “Now everybody knows it, but we did so much, no one knows the effects of it yet. It’s just coming into play.”

no one knows the effects of it yet.
Which begs the question did anyone in the Biden Administration have a clue what the effect would be or were they all just thinking, hell throw a few trillion up against the wall and see if anything sticks?

The national average cost of fuel is $3.52 per gallon, down 22.7 cents from a month ago, according to Gas Buddy, continuing a downward trend for the third straight week in a row.

I remember an interview with Biden in which he said that he did politics because it was the most important job - or words to that effect. As expected from the delusional narcissist he is, he talked about other things he could have done (I seem to remember medicine or something else along those lines), but that ultimately he chose the most ‘important’ job.
That's the delusional crap that is at the core of this person. Little does he know that if not for him findings his way to the ‘prime career for bullish*tters’, politics, he would have found it very hard to have any career that would feed his mythical sense of self.

Regarding Biden’s unaccountable, unconstitutional federal spending, the effect is that that taxpayers have once again been robbed by their unconstitutionally big, post-17th Amendment ratification federal government imo.

Hell. I am an economic ignoramus, and even I know “the effects” of a multi-trillion dollar un-funded spending plan.

Nobody knows before either but they want to try it anyway. They know what could happen and they know what they want to have happen but they really don’t know what will happen. The future is funny like that.

No economic planning, just guesses. The "American Rescue Plan" has to be the most misnamed legislation in American history. Thank you FJB!
