Well they did not convict Danchenko or Sussmann.(sarc).
Durham manages to lose 2 cases in a place that rarely fails to convict.

The Justice Department-FBI tried this with Ammon Bundy and six other folks in 2016 in Oregon. They were lab rats for January 6th, 2021.

The Oregon jury said “not guilty” at their felony trial.

The feds learned from that loss that used at least 15 FBI informants.

They made a bigger more compelling trap and found folks unlike the humble peaceful and non-alcohol consuming Ammon Bundy to entrap.

That hasn’t really been determined by the courts. Gerald Ford gave a preemptive pardon to Nixon, but nobody challenged it so it’s still a gray area. The pardon power is very broad, so there is a good chance that a preemptive pardon, at least for specific acts, might hold up.

I hope these defendants have access to funds and attorneys to appeal these “guilty” verdicts. There was no way they could get a fair trial in Washington. The judges have been biased, as have the prosecutors and the juries. Plus, they were found “guilty” by the media way before the juries heard any evidence.

Trump would pardon all of them but now that the RATS have seized Arizona from the voters, TRUMP 2024 simply CANNOT HAPPEN. Bye, America.

Unfortunately I agree. I do not see this being cleared up by any legislation either local or national. They have succeeded in overthrowing the USA with dishonest elections. Over the next 10-12 years they will dismantle anything involving the rest of our rights. The dark is coming.

… guilty of seditious conspiracy…

Only people on the right are subject to charges like this. Traitor John Kerry and Hanoi Jane Fonda gave nightly broadcast aid and comfort to North Vietnam enemies and nothing was done!

With a DC rat jury, every Republican is guilty and every Dem walks free.

Q: But, aren’t they all actually ANTIFA and/or BLM, or FBI agents-“playing-Patriot”? (That’s what I heard about all that violent nonsense that day up there.)

If so, throw away the key on these traitors.

“Anyone who entered the Capitol that day is a doof, but only a couple dozen of them deserve more than a misdemeanor trespass charge.”
___________________________________________________________

There is a lot of video that shows the capitol police inviting protestors into the capitol building. Others allegedly forced their way in despite resistance from the police. So why are some guilty of trespassing while those that were invited in not guilty. If part of the capitol was open and available for entry, why did that not make all of the capitol open.

When the republicans take control of the house, the first order of business should be to force Director of the FBI, Chris Wray, to answer Rep. Clay Higgins question whether the FBI had undercover human resources located inside the capitol and dressed like Trump MAGA supportors prior to the doors being opened on Jan. 6. He should be forced to answer with a simple yes or no. He knows that he cannot answer yes because if he does the jig is up. If he answers no and it is later proved that he lied, he can be charged with perjury.

With a DC jury, they could have convicted him of the Lindbergh baby kidnapping, selling the hydrogen bomb secrets to Russia, and the assignation of JFK all during the same trial.

there wasn’t this kind of reaction to the people who occupied the Wisconsin Capital Building.

And that’s always bothered me. Double standard

I hope these defendants have access to funds and attorneys to appeal these “guilty” verdicts.

Appeal to where? The Deep State is Washington D.C., and every court there (including the USSC) is complicit in making sure "We The People" are pounded into submission.

NO guilty politician is EVER convicted, let alone Prosecuted, because in D.C., there is no common sense OR fair jury trial to be found.......
