Amid a GOP campaign to pressure county supervisors across Arizona not to certify their elections, two counties have postponed their vote until the eleventh hour, raising questions about what happens if they fail to meet their deadline to finalize results.
There’s a simple answer, according to election attorneys in the state: If counties do not certify their election by the Monday deadline imposed by state law, courts will force them to do so.

Those aren’t people from Maricopa. They are from another county.
Then there really isn’t any purpose for certifying an election.
If all the other counties go along with Maricopa’s continued criminal activity then you will never have another honest election in Arizona. The governor and the republican legislature seem to be perfectly content to look like fools to the rest of the country and content to have elections to be stolen time and again in one or two counties and that is their right to look like eunuchs.
However, the Democrats will take note of the failed Republican response through two election cycles. Those Republican legislators had best be looking for new jobs because their seats are going to be switching to D’s if I know my Democrats nature and proclivity to cheat. And why not, who’s going to call them on it???
The job of the election people in each county is their county. If their county met the requirements to certify, their job is to certify their county. If it meets the requirements and they fail to certify, they have likely committed mis and malfeasance and possibly other crimes. Their role is in their county. Not Maricopa.
Well, Cochise asked to do a hand recount and a judge told them “No!”.
So there is that.
Whenever someone won’t let you take a closer look at the magic trick.... you probably need to take a closer look.
Why do they even call it certification if you cannot reject obvious corruption? It is just a show committee for the citizens.
They complained the voting machines weren’t certified. They were. They could hand count or recount if the machines weren’t certified. If Cochise County election officials were going to throw a vote, they found no better way than to not certify.
It already is. The normies just don’t want to wake up to that, yet. Normalization bias, most likely.
If Arizona lets this stand Maricopa will control the election of every state wide office from here on out.
Playing certification games doesn’t change that.
The affirmative action is strong in you.
You have already accepted the next steal...I see now.
Disregard.
“You have already accepted the next steal...I see now.”
Are you drunk? High? 9 years old? What?
if they don’t certify... the state cannot certify the entire election. AZ requires all to be certified or NO certification for the whole election.. including the senate. federal office
it would put us into the unknown zone with NO governor, no AG and all other offices unfilled.
should be nice.
Maybe, and I’m just speculating here, some ‘tard just came up to them and said “they’re certified, seee!!”
And maybe they asked for proof and didn’t get it.
At any rate, you seem to know they were certified so go tell them! You have information pertinent to the election!
“They complained the voting machines weren’t certified. “
- You forgot to add unfounded, and baseless.
Let’s put it this way. If the election results met the desired outcome yet all other circumstances were the same, there would be no complaints. And no, some “tard” didn’t just say they were certified ready. They had met the certification process. For a group of people who desire to adhere under the rule of law, we sure love ve to look for ways around it when it doesn’t yield our desired results.
Substitute “rational outcome” for “desired outcome” and I would agree with the first part.
The election outcomes coupled with the mountain of evidence of fraud coupled with the statistical analysis suggesting fraud coupled with the radical’s playbook recommending fraud coupled with historical examples of fraud should indicate to the most casual of observers that we have a problem here.
Those trying to tell us there’s nothing here are gaslighting. Oh, Rules for Radicals explicitly recommends that as well.
I still maintain there would be no problem certifying in Cochise County if the vote tally in Maricopa favored Lake.
“Rational Outcome is simply another way of saying desired”
Talk about stretches, jeeze o’Petes. This is a dictionary search and with that I consider the debate concluded.
Except your alleged political opposition the Marxist Democrats may or may not follow election laws as needed to get their victory. If they need to enforce a law, great, if they need to bend or out right break an election law they do so and the GOP rather than fight this criminal behavior, will acquiesce because the Democrats will scream election denier, insurrectionist, you don’t respect the rule of law and the GOP bends over, grabs their ankles and pleads be gentle with us, we do, we do respect the rule of law!
In reality neither party has any respect for the law because they allow it to be broken time and again and Arizona citizens to be disenfranchised. Arizona GOP keep fighting by the rules your political opponents set for you and you will continue to lose. Eventually your voters will say what’s the use.
