Amid a GOP campaign to pressure county supervisors across Arizona not to certify their elections, two counties have postponed their vote until the eleventh hour, raising questions about what happens if they fail to meet their deadline to finalize results.
There’s a simple answer, according to election attorneys in the state: If counties do not certify their election by the Monday deadline imposed by state law, courts will force them to do so.

Well, each county is only certifying the results in that particular county. The board of supervisors in Cochise County or in Mohave County are not being asked to certify that the state election is valid.
In Cochise County, Kari Lake beat Hobbs by 18 points a big victory. If there was fraud in Cochise County, then don’t certify, but provide proof of fraud in court before throwing out all those votes..
In Mojave County, Kari Lake beat Hobbs by 50 points, a gigantic landslide, she literally had 3 times the amount of votes as Hobbs. If there was fraud in Mojave County, do not certify, but provide proof before throwing out all the votes in Mojave County.
Can be used to not certify too.
True. And if the other counties do not certify , their votes are not included in the totals which would affect — and could reverse the outcome — of other statewide races.

If the counties withhold their certification based on politics, then what happens to the federal races? If Cochise County is dropped out of the final count, my Republican Representative will be turned into a Democrat - with most of the voters in the district denied their vote.
That is STUPID. Katie Hobbs would love it but I don’t think the courts will allow a member of Congress to be thrown out of Congress just because a county Board of Supervisors refuses to certify what they KNOW is the correct vote, simply to pull a political stunt over frustration at what happened in another county.
What do you think? Should the voters of Cochise County have their votes thrown out? Should my Republican member of Congress be thrown out and replaced with a democrat? Because of a different county?

I’ll be really pissed if I end up with a Democrat member in Congress after a conservative county in my REPUBLICAN member’s district decides all their voters don’t get to vote!

1) We are NOT protesting in the streets by the hundreds of thousands or millions. This equates to de facto ACCEPTANCE of stolen elections.
2) In the U.S.A. the MILITARY BRASS supports the FRAUDSTERS whereas in Brazil, the MILITARY SUPPORTS THE GOOD GUY (BOLSONARO).
So, I believe Brazil is actually in a better position than we are.
