Of course Trump obviously meant that Lake was the legitimate winner and that the election is being stolen by fraud and thus she deserved to be the one installed as Govenor.
It is OBVIOUS that he did not mean that she should just be installed because he would prefer it--as the idiotic comment seemed to assume.

Someone being installed denotes that they have been appointed. And a person is not “appointed” governor. One is either elected, or they ascend from Lt Governor.
The people do not “appoint.”
