TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The Cochise County Board of Supervisors voted 2-1 Monday to table the certification of the election results.

They have now missed the deadline to do so and will likely face a lawsuit from the state.

The board will meet again on Friday and has demanded the state prove that vote tabulation machines were certified for accuracy.

The board is the same group that tried to order a full hand count of the ballots, but their efforts were blocked by courts several times.

Also on Monday, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors hosted a special meeting to certify the election. As of 11 a.m., the meeting was still going on with public comment.

The Mohave County Board of Supervisors also met early Monday but ended their meeting after Cochise County decided to delay certifications. That board will meet again at 2 p.m. Monday.

Navajo County voted unanimously to certify after the county attorney warned supervisors they could be sued if they didn’t.

In Yavapai County, residents cited problems in Maricopa County in urging the Board of Supervisors not to approve the election results. The meeting was ongoing Monday.

Pima and Santa Cruz counties have already certified their results.

How is it they can be forced/sued to certify an illegitimate election? But not forced/sued to not certify that election?

It appears the law is 100% on the fraud side.

If one must certify no matter what...why even certify? Other than smoke and mirrors it doesn’t provide any value.

“and will likely face a lawsuit from the state”

They can just play “Move the Chairs” like Maricopa did

Crazy that someone can be sued for not certifying vote fraud. But that is what we are now. Corrupt to the core. Certification means absolutely nothing except that the fraudulent votes can be counted. The entire system in America has been corrupted like this now. A few powerful people can override the entire system. Not just voting systems.

Were there any TRO’s requested by anyone to stop any certifications? I haven’t heard of any. That would be a major blunder by the various people, or their inept attorneys, who are suing over being ripped off. In general, once results are certified **it’s over** and no court will even touch any allegations of misfeasance or malfeasance in the conduct of an election after that point.

If this county doesn’t certify, then several races would swing from R to D. I think the deep state is running this county.

McDaniel, McConnell, and McCarthy are all silent on this stolen election. This state is needed for 2024.

I think the deep state is swarming social media sites such as FR and braying "Orange Man Bad!" and "There is no fraud, and if there is, just surrender."

Kari Lake carried Cochise County by 18 points. Not certifying the votes in Cochise is going to have a bigger impact on Republican candidates than Dems and it’s going to hurt Repubs down ballot who were in close races.

All the leftist counties. Maricopa is not leftist historically.

Those are good questions.

Proof of corruption right there. Why would anyone object to a recount or forensic audit?
