How is it they can be forced/sued to certify an illegitimate election? But not forced/sued to not certify that election?
It appears the law is 100% on the fraud side.
“and will likely face a lawsuit from the state”
They can just play “Move the Chairs” like Maricopa did
Were there any TRO’s requested by anyone to stop any certifications? I haven’t heard of any. That would be a major blunder by the various people, or their inept attorneys, who are suing over being ripped off. In general, once results are certified **it’s over** and no court will even touch any allegations of misfeasance or malfeasance in the conduct of an election after that point.
If this county doesn’t certify, then several races would swing from R to D. I think the deep state is running this county.
Kari Lake carried Cochise County by 18 points. Not certifying the votes in Cochise is going to have a bigger impact on Republican candidates than Dems and it’s going to hurt Repubs down ballot who were in close races.
All the leftist counties. Maricopa is not leftist historically.
The board is the same group that tried to order a full hand count of the ballots, but their efforts were blocked by courts several times.
Proof of corruption right there. Why would anyone object to a recount or forensic audit?
Cochise lives.
If they don’t certify their election results by December 5, their votes will not be included in the statewide totals. That would result in the flipping of at least one House seat (R to D) and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction race.
