That is unless they are Russian conscripts not provided adequate winter gear and clothing and calories and living in trenches
Ukraine has pushed Russian troops out of almost 1/2 of the territory Russia thought it had soundly taken. In response, Putin launched massive rocket attacks across Ukraine against the power grid- specifically to terrorize civilians.
And Russia is still trying to dig in in the face of ongoing Ukrainian counter-offensives.
