Controversial Washington Post journalist Taylor Lorenz has slammed her own newspaper's reporting on China and its opposition of Covid lockdowns in the country.
On Saturday, the Post tweeted an article about China's record number of coronavirus cases, noting how only a tiny proportion its billion-strong population are vaccinated.
'A coronavirus outbreak on the verge of being China's biggest of the pandemic has exposed a critical flaw in Beijing's 'zero covid' strategy: a vast population without natural immunity,' the post said.

Lorenz is a severely neurotic germaphobe like Howard Stern. If she can’t see the futility of lockdowns and vaccinations by now, she never will. She should do us a favor and lock herself down.

About 1 million died from COVID in 2022 so far. Yet over 50% were of the age 75-85. So how many would have died anyway of something else?
She has no idea what she is talking about. There is "natural immunity" even when the war between pathogens and host is ongoing. The COVID pandemic is the classic textbook example of a new pathogen rapidly burning through the population leaving a high body count in its wake. The war between virus and immunity results is an equilibrium of a much less deadly virus. Even the CDC knows this as their new release of expected COVID deaths for the winter season is around 90,000 which is on par with annual flu deaths. So no "millions" are not going to die from COVID anymore except in China where nobody has natural immunity.
What a terrible person she is.
So according to the CDC, 1 MM Americans died “from” COVID. I guess Miss Lorenz will come back in 20 years and claim her “Millions” was accurate.

She got her credential from Hobart & Smith. Hobart is one of the private colleges where stupid white rich kids attend because they are too stupid for an Ivy League; Hobart has a 62% admittance rate.

I thought she was fired a while ago for being nuts, but turns out she was fired from the NYT and then the WP hired her. Now they’re getting what they paid for.
Taylor proves my point about leftists being quite literally insane. Perhaps it is time to build large containment shelters to house them until they can be deported. The criminally insane don’t have any of the usual citizenship rights either since they have basically divorced themselves from America.
