Kissinger was a constant loser. He started China on the road to threaten the USA, he sent a US aircraft carrier to threaten India in 1971 pushing it into Soviet hands and now he proposes more stupidity in his dotage
he is perhaps the most renowned diplomat in foreign affairs in the last 200 years.
