The Biden administration has been attempting to end the policy, which expelled millions of migrants at the border.
Fifteen Republican states on Monday night asked a federal judge to keep a Covid-era policy in place that allowed authorities to severely restrict asylum-seekers from crossing the border into the country after the judge issued a ruling last week that blocked the rule.

I don’t understand why some GOP Gov. states are not on the list...
Title 42 was intended to keep covid positive people from coming into our country. Eliminating that policy will bring in a lot more covid cases as well as many other diseases that we do not have any immunity for.
It IS the great replacement.
