Merrick Garland is a sample of what American Marxism looks like.
Liberty is getting weaker by the day two more years to go if it lasts that long.
At best. Depends on 2024.
If we can last that long dark times now.
Legislative Branch is able to investigate the Executive Branch. It is the strongest branch, then Executive, then Judicial. Congress is in charge of funding, and oversight of everything else.
The Legislative Branch does NOT have criminal investigative powers. Any “hearings” they hold MUST have a “substantial legislative purpose” or they can be quashed by a court.
