Russia is apparently walking back its earlier goals to overthrow Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s government in its faltering invasion.
On Monday, a Kremlin spokesman said the “special operation” in Ukraine ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin is not focused on regime change in Kyiv.

I guess you are projecting the American Afghan situation right now. It is a psychiatric case. Russia is still in Ukraine.
“Russia is still in Ukraine.”
Well, at least we can agree that all of the Russian occupied parts of Ukraine belong to Ukraine and not Russia. That’s something.
It is second time when you backtrack from your original point.
The first was degradation of the Russian military, the second that Russia is losing.
Your claims are 100% FALSE.
“Russia’s” military industrial complex depends upon WESTERN electronics and ball bearings, all of which are now embargoed. They can’t make anything precision anyway. And you can’t make ANYTHING without ball bearings.
Even the mighty RuSSian hypersonic missile is filled with mostly American and western electronics.
Russians THEMSELVES have shown the empty stopped factories with hidden videos and photos. They aren’t making tanks, trucks, or armored vehicles. Even their helmets and body armor are shoddy.
But lies never worry PUtler’s pigs.
“Kremlin now says Zelenskyy can stay in power in Ukraine”
Only because Ukraine won’t exist as a country in the future.....
The helmets and body armor is the Ukrainian problem, they routinely get airsoft stuff sent to them instead of real things.
As for the rest, wasn’t the Russian defense industry based on electronics from stolen washing machines? Yep, it is as stupid as the rest of your bullcrap.
