That’s the Russian delusion. They still think of themselves as a great power.
The USA is a great power. We have the ability to control a sphere of influence around us.
The Soviets could too, but not Russia. Modern Russia has an economy smaller than Canada’s and a population smaller than Bangladesh.
Like other minor powers it needs to attach itself to a great power to do anything, like Canada does with America or Bangladesh with India.
Russian pride refuses to accept their secondary status.
I would suggest the English speaking Americans move back to America…or learn French.

Darrell Brooks was a mass murderer. So was Josef Stalin. The numbers don’t match, but the definition is applied to both.
