So, I haven't heard anything lately about this illegal ghost gun banning regulation. There was a lawsuit about it, but I can't find anything on it. What's happening?

These idiot democrats should be asked if it’s more likely a criminal would take the time and effort to build a ghost gun or just steal or buy a stolen one.
BTW, they should also be asked that if gun free zone work, why aren’t they making crime free zones too.

Law? I never heard about Congress, the Senate and Brandon signing into “law” a ghost gun ban.
Funny how they want this “law” enforced but the actual border laws are ignored.

Funny how these dumbasses actually think these retarded gun control laws work. ROTFLMAO. You’ll be able to always buy these so-called “ghost” gun kits no matter how many laws they pass. That’s why we let Mexicans come across the border. They bring in stuff you can’t easily get here. IDIOTS!

They didn’t. It’s the ATF extrapolating their authority and oversight and then couching it as “administrative law.”

Are GHOST GUNS like GHOST VOTERS??
As long as they vote for the Dems, the Dems LOVE ghost voters. Yet, they fear ghost guns because their army of ghost voters can't use ghost guns. I think that explains the issue in a nutshell.

A lot of gov agencies take it upon themselves to make law, unconstitutional laws, via a SC ruling called Chevron Deference. They apply an overly broad interpretation to laws and regs and make “laws”.
To: fightin kentuckian
They pretend their edicts are “laws” but really are “rules” and “regulations”.... highly suspect and would be rebuked if our judiciary Congress was intact and not dominated by gun-grabbing eco-nuts.

I've built many AR pattern rifles. All start with serialized, stripped lower. I enjoy assembling a pile of parts into a good working firearm. I don't enjoy setting up milling/drilling equipment to finish an 80% lower to a functional lower. It's a waste of my time. Why do I assemble from parts? Because I get exactly what I want in the finished product. I take the same approach with a desktop computer. Dell makes a decent box, but I can build a higher spec computer that exactly meets my needs instead of a commercial compromise targeted to a particular customer demographic.

Funny how these dumbasses actually think these retarded gun control laws work. They don't. It's not about criminals. Gun control was never about criminals. It's about stripping the right of self defense from the populace as a whole so that there can be no effective resistance to their totalitarian dream for the USA. Their dream is the USA as the equivalent of North Korea, but with them in charge, where the serfs mst follow their slightest whim or face death. Anyone who thinks Democrats are well meaning or "misguided" is about 75 years behind the times. The last well meaning Democrat was Harry Truman

Yep. It was a regulation
..not q law and is being challenged using the Supreme Court ruling against the EPA for creating regulations beyond the scope of the agency enabling legislation!
To: Myrddin
I agree that making your own gun to your needs and likes is a good thing. My comment was about criminals doing it.

Please point me to the Congressional and Senate bills, and the date and time in which Biden signed this into law.
Otherwise, **** you.
