The number one reason why employers mandate medical treatments, diagnostic tests, and/or healthcare exams is to decrease the rate of employee absenteeism due to being ill. In other words, employers want to prevent the risk of their employees calling in sick because it costs the employer money.
Beginning in 2021 and up until today, some employers (and universities) mandate vaccines and boosters to ‘allegedly’ protect their staff or students from becoming ill. Unfortunately for employers, especially hospitals and medical centers, a new pre-print study posted to medRxiv* demonstrates that 20% of employees will be unable to work after getting the bivalent Omicron booster and 10% of employees will be unable to work after receiving the standard COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) booster.
Let’s break down the data presented in the study of 76 healthcare workers entitled, Bivalent BNT162b2mRNA original/Omicron BA.4-5 Booster Vaccination: Adverse Reactions and Inability to Work Compared to the Monovalent COVID-19 Booster.
Share The Kingston Report
Nearly 9 out of 10 healthcare workers (85%) who received the bivalent booster against Omicron experienced a harmful effect. AND 5 out of 10 (51%) healthcare workers who received the original SARS-CoV-2 booster experience a harmful effect (p<0.01).
Specifically, the rates of body aches, headaches, fever, chills, tiredness, and local reactions were significantly higher in healthcare workers who received the bivalent Omicron vaccine.

Is that bad?…
76 workers is a small study.
And the language at the top is unclear to me.
Is it “20% unable to work {for a few days}”? or “20% on permanent disability”? Or “20% (THUD)” ?
How long were they not able to work?
I didn’t get any boosters, but when I got my second shot, I missed 3 days of work. I planned on the first two days.
But that was better than David at work. David was a vocal anti-vaxxer. He got Covid and missed two weeks of work. And he felt bad for the next 4 weeks.
Lots of info on Covid vaccine injury.

Does Steve still support Kerry and global warming?

hmmmmmmm
Are they permanently disabled?
“...the rates of body aches, headaches, fever, chills, tiredness, and local reactions were significantly higher in healthcare workers who received the bivalent Omicron vaccine.”
Those sound like the transient side effects of many vaccines. The current flu vaccine gave me flu-like symptoms for a couple of days last month.
PING
There you go again, asking for details. You guys always want more information. (just kidding -- what a ridiculous article)
“Specifically, the rates of body aches, headaches, fever, chills, tiredness, and local reactions were significantly higher in healthcare workers who received the bivalent Omicron vaccine.”
Not exactly life threatening and similar to reactions to the flu vaccines. Typical hyperbolic reporting.
22 years ago Steve Kirsch voted for Gore and THIS is the reason we should ignore all his work in confronting the CDC and liars who are warning us about the truth behind the ‘vaccines’? You’re that desperate, eh?
I have never experienced an adverse reactions from any flu shot. Ever.
But going forward, if flu shots are mRNA I will not take.
“22 years ago Steve Kirsch voted for Gore”
He gave five million dollars and actively campaigned for him.
Kirsch is also a global warming nut.
Reasons to doubt his mental state.
See 17.
Don’t know. I do know he’s assembled a lot of good info on vaccine injury, and has put his money where his mouth is on challenging people to prove him wrong.
