We are about 30% of the electorate
Good luck with that attitude of yours
And it’s not son…it’s ma’am

“whereas I think the starting point of his “base” is those who voted for him in the 2016 primary”
What number would that be? Wiki has 14,015,993.

Trump should quit now whilst he’s just a little behind...it’s only going to get worse.
No, I don’t think there will be a serious threat. Certainly not DeSaintus.
BREIGHTBART has turned into a SHIT SITE!
I see Hostage has sent you my link……good!
Unless Trump’s announcement Tuesday gives DeSantis pause…( which I doubt)….
….I’ve been told by ‘someone in the know’ in our local Republican Party ( Florida) that HE WILL RUN!
Even as we were standing outside for hours in the high winds and rain ( a hurricane was coming) handing out voter guides for among others, DeSantis for Governor……..we’re told DeSantis is running for President!
The hubris of his assertion made me want to throw up!…
The chatter about DeSantis running is hypothetical. He says he’s not running. I live in PA and I’ve been focused on democrats like Fetterman and Shapiro winning here. We had fraud in PA.
All due respect, it’s more than hypothetical…..
…but I’ve had my say….
….I won’t bother you again.
Thanks. I hope you have a chance to absorb and digest what Kristofer Jurski exposed.

In light of the fact there’s so much hype surrounding DeSantis, it’s pretty clear that those criminal elements with the power to rig FL’s elections, let DeSantis get through untouched.
The election corruption is so broad, those in control can choose winners and losers from either Democrats or Republicans.
It appears we lose even when we win in case you haven't noticed. Quite a few here don't seem to mind.
Winning by 20 points is a lot easier in a governors race than a presidential one I would think!!!
Accurate and so true.
The math isn’t there, Trump took on what, 17 or 18 establishment republicans, and got 45% (not 42%) of the total votes in 2016.
If you believe his base was only 42% of GOP voters, you are making a few basic errors.
First, Trump got just shy of 45% of the primary vote in 2016 not 42%
Second, assuming that Trump didn’t grow his base over the 4 years of his presidency...
Trump got 11 million more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016, in the general or over a 15% increase, but more importantly, even though he ran virtually unopposed in the 2020 primaries he got 4 Million more votes in the 2020 primaries than he did in the 16 primaries... or a 22% increase in votes. 22% more people showed up to vote for Trump in the 2020 primaries even though it didn’t matter.
There is no path for anyone to take out Trump in the primaries. Trump did not lose supporters between 2016 and 2020, so using a 2016 baseline is a false place to begin from.
For crying out loud, he’s been out of the White House for close to 2 years now, and who’s name is still the biggest draw in Politics?
Folks have pushed the “this is it for Trump” narrative so many times it’s beyond comical. The Uniparty is indeed going to do everything they can to destroy Trump... failing to realize the more they do the more they galvanize and motivate his supporters.
Short of a major black swan event, Trump’s the nominee.
In FL, as a republican? Yes, especially since Rick Scott fired that incompetent election Supervisor down in Broward County, after the 2018 election.
Something folks seem to either don’t know, or conveniently forget when they want to talk about FL vs other places.
That incompetent bimbo cost how many elections over the years?
