Lots of small dollar donors gave Trump money but he refused to spend it on the candidates. Trump and other Republican groups have also been siphoning off most of the money people gave to candidates before the candidates even saw a cent.

This is really a disgraceful thing and it looks like Trump and anti-MAGA people like Ted Cruz also did it.

McDonnell needs to be reprimanded by the Republican Party for his poor performance during the 2022 election cycle, in particular for his crusade against MAGA candidates. He did more damage as an individual than any other leader.

So instead we reward... Rick Scott? Who ran the National Republican Senatorial Committee in 2022, lavishing millions promoting himself instead of Republican candidates? The guy who derailed our entire fall message by coming up with a plan to kill Social Security - thus giving fodder to a thousand Democrat campaigns?
