BREAKING: A federal judge has just blocked the use of Title 42 at the border as a result of ACLU litigation. Title 42 allows the U.S. to immediately expel migrants on the basis of public health. It has been used millions of times under both Trump & Biden. T42 is gone, for now.
Timeline:
Earlier this year -
The Biden administration attempted to end its use last May, saying the policy was no longer necessary to protect the country’s public health, but a federal court in Louisiana blocked the administration from winding it down completely.
Today - The entire Title 42 was illegal to begin with.
So what happens to the injunction that Texas got?
Even Biden’s people were using it.
I suspect Title 42 will be back in place soon.
ACLU lives to disrupt, destroy and distort all decent society.
The logical consequence is that ALL covid mandates must be struck down too.

Democrats are in charge. Masks and lockdowns will return for us while no illegal migrants may be challenged for health reasons.

earlier this year: Federal judge in Louisiana said that Biden admin couldn’t end Title 42 - so in granted injunction that kept Title 42 in place.
today: Federal judge in DC said that Title 42 was illegal to begin with - so no more title 42 as of today.
Yeah, brown rights come before white rights...
Just ship them all to the city where this judge lives.
I suspect the Biden administration’s lawyers go5 a case of alligator arms for that fight.

The covid, flu, RSV, tuberculosis, Polio, etc. levels we now have won’t be influenced by any additional sick migrants, I guess.
Immigration rules should still be effective in preventing entry by sick people.

This is asinine. This judge obviously does not understand that to be a nation there must be a border between it and everybody else in the world. Not allowing executive to enforce and secure our border is absurd. How does a judge even have that authority?

#1) The 60 million aborted babies are no longer in the actuarial for Social Security. New immigrants have to work at least 20 years to qualify for drawing on it for any retirement.
#2) Cheap labor which is rapidly deployable to needed areas. Flooding to meet labor needs in places Americans won't willingly relocate to.
Clean skin immigrants. Britain does this. They use immigrants that are untraceable for infiltration and covert intelligence tasks. They get caught and they didn't exist on public record. That is of enormous value to covert operations. No loose ends.
