That People don’t normally vote, and help them fill out ballots BEFORE liberals get there. Liberals are doing this and calling themselves “ballot helpers” (or some such name, can’t remeber now, but they make it seem like they are helping those who don’t normally vote to vote) but what they are are “ballot harvesters” who get signatures from Folks who haven’t got a clue about what is going on

The fundamental problem for Republicans vs. DemocRATs is that Republicans have a hard time finding volunteers in enough numbers to do what you’re saying, while DemocRATs have an army of welfare-sucking, unemployed Marxist idealists who look forward to spending three months of their summer doing what you’re saying.
The DemocRATs get volunteers from all over the country to flood battleground states. Republican’s can’t even get volunteers to work in their own community for more than one weekend.

Requires proof with action early in the election cycle at many/all precinct registrar offices.

I don’t think you’re going to be successful in rolling back early voting. And you’re only going to be successful in rolling back mail in voting where there is a compliance issue with the current laws.
“Taking Advantage of them” means what? Voting early or mail in voting? What would that accomplish?
Or do you mean using them to cheat? That’s not a road Republicans need to go down.
