Numbers mean things.
Public companies use numbers to convey the health, growth, promise of their firm. If their numbers are fake, don’t reconcile, or have hidden data not conveyed to the investors, CEOs and CFOs can and do go to prison.
Why should election rolls meet a lesser standard?
Why do election rolls fail to reconcile internally? Why do election rolls have hundreds to thousands of dead people or voters whose address is a church or RV park?
Why are citizens forced to pay $12,500, $30,000 or $5,000 for a single copy of their election roll?
Why do most states, likely all, have hundreds to thousands of “voters” on their rolls born on the same day before World War I? Why do some states allow voters to use a prison as their mailing address?
Voter rolls must be given the same scrutiny as public companies’ financial statements. They are not – it’s not even close.
Sarbanes Oxley demands CEOs and CFOs review all financial reports to make certain they do not contain any misrepresentation. Every statement must be “fairly presented.” No scammy stuff; no sleight of hand. Secretaries of state, election officials are not required to do any of these things. So guess what happens?
In Alabama, there are over 3,300 voters on their rolls over the age of 100. The top 9 are over 1,000 years old.
Most Americans never met someone over 112 years of age. Just go to Alabama, they have 482 of them on their current election roll.
2,500 or more Alabama voters share a phone number, some of whom started using that number in 1972.
There are even 18 active voters in one of their city jails.
Georgia is a very religious place with over 2,500 registered voters who claim to live in a church.
Another 600 or more of their pals live in a UPS Box, often calling it an APT.
We did a deep dive on one of them and could not determine if he lived in the UPS location or the Genghis Grille next door.
Like Alabama, Georgia is a healthy place to live. Some of their voters are 260 years old. Over 1,600 of their current voters are over 112, maybe one will become the oldest person alive.
These southern states don’t own the age thing though. In Michigan, there are over 10,000 people over 100, down from even more a few years ago.
Pretty healthy up there.
Thousands of Michiganders live in a location that appears to be a church – and over 300 live in that old UPS box. We drilled into one and he seemed to be a UPS Box resident, but maybe it as the Sears Appliance Repair Shop next door. For sure, it was not a residence, like a house.
If you ever visit Branson Missouri, a very cool Ozark thing, there is a hotel where you can stay, and vote. This hotel has 15 active voters registered at its address. For fun, we called the hotel and asked how long people could stay there. The manager, who does not live there, said most people stayed a few days, never more than a week.
Visit Branson, stay at this nice place, register to vote and vote in Missouri. Obviously, nobody cares.
Voter rolls don’t just fail these identification tests, they fail reconciliation tests as well. Our friends in Missouri have over 47,000 people classified as inactive yet their roll shows they voted in elections those years – while “inactive.”.
North Carolina voters are very fond of the number 9. Why not, it’s a nice number.
Several thousand Tarheel voters selected ten 9s as their phone number. For years they have been doing this and nobody seems to notice it. Why would they? Nobody ever looks at voter rolls, until now. Again, who cares?
Let’s not leave Ohio out of our chat here.
They are more into U. S. Postal Boxes as addresses up there. Over 400 registered voters appear to live in boxes at the local Post Office. One was a close call when we zoomed in on it – could not tell if the guy lived in the Post Office or the Meijer Pharmacy next door.
We found over 600 registered voters at a local university. We sorted them by age, which we now do for all college “students,” and guess what? Oldest was 103 and next 260 were 25 and up.
In Pittsburgh we found the same pattern – a college with 900 registered voters, oldest is 105 and most of the 900 were over 25, many much older.
In state after state we find 25 people living in an 1100 square foot house. That’s pretty hard particularly if any of them has children or pets. But in every state we have seen, they appear – in droves.
Let’s not leave out our Texas friends. In one of its largest cities, there are thousands of ballots that were changed after they were cast. It’s not a rumor. It’s not a conspiracy theory – we have the data.
We use a new technology called Fractal Programming. It runs 1,000 to a million times faster than any current computer technology. That’s why we can run every state in the country, all 3,200 counties, on a computer you can fit on your dining room table.
We don’t just run the voter rolls for the major swing states, we run multiple snapshots of each. In one state, we do not look at one voter roll, we look at 31 voter rolls – each from a different date. For North Carolina or Georgia, think 40 or 50 snapshots.
We cross compare every voter roll, from a different date, against every other and we find interesting stuff – like the guy in Texas who cast an in-person ballot later replaced by a mail in ballot.
No current technology can find that.
We brought up the large swing states, multiple snapshots and turned them over to the voter integrity groups.
This is a big system – well over a billion records, on-line, instantly searchable – from a phone or tablet.
There is a clear conclusion: voter rolls, regardless of state, need to be audited by citizens constantly.
America needs a Sarbanes Oxley equivalent for voter rolls and any candidate for secretary of state must commit to the following:
1. All voter rolls will be made available without onerous fees. For you political types, that means not more than $100.
2. The secretary of state will cross search the voter rolls monthly to identify phantom voters who live in hotels, UPS Boxes, cemeteries and scores of other non-residential housing units. Then remove them. And report it.
3. The secretary of state will apply a voter ID numbering sequence incrementing by 1 where any new voters come at the end of the sequence. That eliminates Wisconsin style voter ID insertions.
4. 90 days before early voting begins, and during early voting, the list of who voted will be made available via a URL so citizens can track who votes and how many times.
5. The secretary of state and election officials will sign off on the voter roll each year and if there is fraud found in such a roll, those election executives are liable to criminal prosecution.
If Sarbanes Oxley is good enough for corporate management, it sure is good enough for election officials who hold in their hands the most important voter resource we possess.
Let’s demand our election officials operate by the same transparent rules that hold corporate executives accountable.

(Disclosure - While I do not like the effect S-O has on corporate America, I suspect that it would be great fun to see Dems fall all over themselves to explain why elected officials (using our money) have a lower standard than a CEO.)

Another issue would then be to specify who has a cause of action. The problem arises when you have rules that the officials are turning a blind eye to, but the courts are saying that those wanting it enforced lack standing.
Organized election theft must be a capital crime.
Arrest. Prosecute. Convict. Sentence. Execute.
How can public officials allow anything that would keep them from cheating? It’s an American right!
The top 9 are over 1,000 years old. Sounds reasonable.
In response, every Democrat will simply say, “Applying these rules will deny people the right to vote, just like in the days of Jim Crow.”
That’s complete nonsense, of course. But it will absolutely fly. Reform can only happen when a majority of people want reform. And through ignorance or apathy, a majority of people evidently don’t want election reform. They are happy enough with the free-for-all we have now.
We are in a very difficult spot.
We have enough laws on the books.
The problem is, when they’re broken, no one is held accountable, charged, prosecuted, and imprisoned, for allowing them to be broken.
No new policy or law will solve the mess we’re in, it will take hundreds of arrests, and public hangings, to cure it.
It's wonderful that this organization is encouraging cleaning up the voter rolls. I think they should be purged before every election.
But I can't figure out why they are saying all this cr*p about fractal programming.

Having been in the industry for a day or two, this is certainly just marketing trying to differentiate themselves.

For me, I just liked the idea of Sarbanes-Oxley type rules for our overlords that I felt it was worth posting.
And I agree...Sarbannes Oxley...but, we all know Congress is already exempt from many laws they pass...until we make it racist or sexist or something how Congress flauts laws, what do we do? (If only average Jane or Joe knew)
I saw in another thread that 23 states allow voters to “cure” their mail in ballots. How about they set aside the dubious voter registrations, but allow those who then try to use them a chance to cure their voter registration and thus have their vote count. Or are those 23 states already racist?

Why not just require voters to show a valid picture ID with an address that corresponds to that on the voting list? You need a picture ID in most jurisdictions to buy alcohol and cigarettes why not to vote? Of course ban mail voting, drop boxes, ballot harvesting and voting machines…paper ballots only. Absentee voting for only for active military. I voted early this year at a city office and had to show a picture ID corresponding to my address on the voter rolls.
They exempted govt entities from S-O. They knew they’d never pass muster.
Does the Federal Government pay counties a stipend for running the General elections???
IF so-—NO COUNTY is going to remove a single name that brings them that money from the Feds.
IMO, this cannot be ‘repaired’.
WE MUST START OVER
We have to FREEZE the current records-—and retain them for further proof of discrepancies. BUT-—NEW RECORDS NEED to be created.
THEN-—EVERY SINGLE registered voter needs to re-register with the county where they live. Starting 6-1-2023, voters have to start all over & get clean voter rolls. That will continue to 5-31-2024.
At the same time, photo ID is necessary for registration and for voting. TOO many are voting who are not eligible to do so.
MOTOR-VOTER laws have to end... Too many states give driver’s licenses to ILLEGALS-—and they automatically get registered-—DMV employee will get fired if they do not do this. WHICH, IMO, makes the employee an accomplice in Fraudulent voting.
ALL death certificates MUST have a copy sent to the County Clerk/Recorder so they can be removed from the rolls. When utility companies get a shut off-moved notice-—they need to notify the county...
NO person in Prison should be voting.
IF necessary, special arrangements need to be made for retirement homes-—a mobile van or such. BUT—there also needs to be a SIGNED declaration from family AND DOCTOR that patient is competent to vote.
A serious audit needs to be done regarding college students.

Voter rolls are available to the public. A copy should be put on the internet in that County, also, for ANYONE to browse. Errors can be found that way & explored. Don’t bother to tell me about “PRIVACY” issues-—these records are PUBLIC record. ANYONE can buy a copy. Advertising companies do so all the time.
ANYONE caught tampering with voting address/status/anything MUST be PROSECUTED.
USPS workers need to be trained for multiple sample ballots going to the same address. One lady in Las Vegas —elderly—housebound -—in 2nd floor apartment had 63 persons registered to vote from HER address. SHE knew NONE of them. ALL WERE HISPANIC NAMES-—BUT 63 sample ballots were distributed to HER ADDRESS. POSTAL WORKERS need to be more alert. HOW do you deliver mail all year around to a single lady for YEARS in her apartment & then SUDDENLY deliver 63 sample ballots in an election year???? ALSO-—63 mail in ballots-—
Perhaps a multiple address check could be done by the county on the computer. Also-—NO SUCH ADDRESS—is common with ‘registered voters’....Needs to be cleaned up. ALL new registrations need to be verified as to real addresses, etc.

NO COUNTING MACHINES ARE CONNECTED TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Data is gathered in totals & sent to central processing location-—AFTER NUMBER OF VOTERS is checked against machine vote totals at polling locations. NUMBERS MUST MATCH-—NO EXCEPTIONS.
How about a mark put on each ballot by the counting machine so ballot can NOT be counted more than once??? UNCOUNTED BALLOTS cannot be placed with counted ballots & skipped altogether??? Many reports of that happening in Nevada & Arizona...Machine malfunctions-—ballots are taken out of stack to diagnose machine-—UNCOUNTED ballots are put with COUNTED ballots & are NEVER counted. Since knowledge of districts where voters are predominately Rep or Dem-—this is an easy fraud to accomplish.

In Maricopa County, AZ. when the machines were NOT functioning properly-—ALL THOSE VOTES SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECOUNTED in another machine & NO TOTAL from the non-functioning machines should have been used. CONTAMINATED...
Election people KNOW how many voters they have in their districts/precincts/towns. Maggie Hassan got 1100 votes in a town with 700 TOTAL RESIDENTS—incuding kids. -—NOBODY CHALLENGED THAT.
MAYBE every poll worker needs to pass a lie detector test after counting done....
ALL processing locations need to be visible to any outside watchers-—NO covering up windows, etc.
WE are the ELECTORATE!!! WE have a right to have our choices properly tabulated. NOT a very small percentage of “workers” inside these locations.
IF workers go home before counting done-—LIGHTS STAY ON EVERYWHERE—ALONG WITH WORKING CAMERAS.
EVERY POLLING STATION MUST HAVE poll watchers from each party. All election officials are responsible to prepare for such. Nevada claimed all over that they didn’t have enough workers-—but I live here & I NEVER heard a word about poll workers being needed. I would have volunteered.
Instead of usual show id—sign—vote—get sticker IN PERSON-— we were told in order to vote in person, we had to drive either North or South a round trip in excess of 50 miles to do so. OUR usual voting place would accept our’mail in ballots’ if dropped off by hand—between 10 AM & 2 PM—Not very convenient for a working person....

My point is that as a way of selling the need to keep the voter rolls accurate—failure there is still a problem, albeit a smaller one, without mass mail in voting—we point out to those opposing clean rolls as ‘voter suppression’ that there are safety mechanisms. Those who tried to vote and were blocked by having their registration removed for something suspicious or incomplete in the records, still have a chance to vote via provisional ballots if they can ‘cure’ whatever had been deemed wrong with their registration. Thus using the faith, true or not, the left gives to mail in vote curing, to get them to better allow cleaning the rolls. The process for reopening a government closed voter registration should be straightforward for honest, real voters, but difficult and risky for fakers.
