The nation’s last undecided race for governor got even closer Sunday as Democrat Katie Hobbs’ lead shrank against Republican Kari Lake in the race to lead Arizona, but it was too early to call.

Hobbs led by 26,000 votes, a 1 point margin, down about 10,000 votes from a day earlier.

Election Wizard; (12 hours ago) ELECTION ALERT: An estimated 94,285 remain uncounted in Arizona.

Went from 73% in with Kari 34k down to 98% in with Kari 26k down. All we’ve heard for the past few days was that most (70%) remaining ballots were election day and/or from deep red areas so they’d probably be for Kari.

That was the narrative when there was still 3-400k left.

Be patient... The end is in sight.

You know these elections don’t steal themselves!

Democrats are creating fraudulent ballots for Hobbs as fast as they can.

I’m thinking one of two narratives going forward.

1) Kari eeks out a win and after this week long wait, we all breathe a sigh of relief, celebrate and forget about all the other BS that happened with this election
2) Kari misses it by just a little. Then the fight and lawsuits begin which lasts for week or months until the noise slowly dies down and we also forget about all the other BS

The triangle is AZ, NV, PA, same in 2020. so what would the common denominator be and what ties them together, the great migration. Nevada and Arizona border California, PA borders New York.

She'll need to win those by at least 93K-67K. Doable, but difficult.

if the difference is over 7,000 votes advantage to Hobbs, there is NO RECOUNT.

True that, but it also removes the exception for publishing results before midnite on Election Day. It's found in Foster v. Love (1997), a rare (9-0) decision, and has an exception if run-off required. A state judge could look at that and make an evidentiary ruling that the election did not conform to state election laws re: Foster v. Love, and is therefore UNLAWFUL. This case notes the election inteference between states' elections from the delay in publishing results.

This sets up a quo warranto action (by what authority) to remove cheating politicians from their new offices, once inaugurated. There is no presumption for the defendant, they must prove the election gave them the authority to hold the office, when a state judge has ruled UNLAWFUL, and is therefore null and void.

Once the cheaters are removed, Congress can determine its leaders from the remaining body. Congress can also invoke the 14th Amendment and have the state's apportionment shrunken by the number of citizens deprived of a LAWFUL election.

You can always tell if someone cheated in an Iraqi election...they are missing a finger.
