We have some decent Sheriffs in Oregon. Their non-enforcemdnt of this abomination will be limited to the “ high-capacity” magazine ban. With the feds thoroughly involved in firearm transfers, there’s no getting around the permit-to-purchase system, save through the courts. I have no doubt that many municipal police forces, and Tina Kotek’s State police will have no qualms about enforcing the magazine ban.
