L.A. Drops Criminal Charges Against Election Software Executive ..
Eugene Yu was accused of illegally sending data about poll workers to China, in a case that became fodder for
election deniers.
..
The district attorney’s office said in a statement that it had dropped the case against the executive, Eugene Yu, because of concerns about the “pace of the investigation”
...... and the “potential bias ...
in the presentation” of evidence in the case. The office said the county had assembled a new team to “determine whether any criminal activity occurred.”
The prosecutors did not respond to questions about the decision.

I’m not familiar with the details of the case but I’m wondering if an AG from another state (Fl/Tx/Oh) can pick up this case.

if one is a liberal or socialist- the jury says “Well sure they committed a crime- sURE there is a ton of evidence of their crimes, BUT- they DIDN’T MEAN TO”

So if the red wave happened they planned on using this to kick off attacks on the GOP for election shenanigans.
But now they don’t need that story anymore.

LOL... Am was always surprised that such a corrupt place ever brought charges. must have been brain fog. They have now corrected their mistake. No doubt they got lots of threats from the deep state.

concerns about the “pace of the investigation”Apparently, the investigators missed the hint that they were to slow play this investigation before it gets swept under the rug.

They can’t prosecute him.
Two discoveries(criminal/civil) would take place that would expose the fraud.

Given the timing, it looks like this was done in response to the release of the 2 election integrity folks that wouldn't provide the name of their source.
