There are numerous reports of the various Russian attacks at intervals along an extremely long front. The attacks are all repulsed and are disjointed. There is no cohesion, no coordination.
The appearance is total lack of command and control of the battlefield. Scattered tactical efforts along the long front have no strategic coordination.
American military commentators analyzing the effort are surprised at the disjointed efforts of commanders acting on their own in disregard of adjacent units operating similarly. The efforts are made against objectives having no real military value.
As a general rule forces on the offense tend to suffer more casualties than on defense.
If Russian forces attempted an offense it stands to reason their losses are higher.
How high is the question and I doubt we’ll hear a correct estimate from neither side.
The sooner the Russians get rid of Putin, the sooner they can think about having a country again.
I won’t disagree with that, but let’s at least wipe out Ukraine first.
“but let’s at least wipe out Ukraine first.”
How very genocidal of you to say that.
L
Genocide is the national pastime for these guys.
You’re welcome. Obviously I don’t mean the civilians, you know who I mean. That place is a cesspool of the wef and evil activities.
Funny, then, that Putin is mostly targeting civilians.
Considering the annellation and 300 deaths of elite marines one shakes his head in dismay at the certain deaths of the poorly trained and barely equipped 300,000
Knowing of the fate of the 300, the 300,000 know they are doomed
“Obviously I don’t mean the civilians”
Yeah, those deaths are just a little free bonus for you.
“That place is a cesspool of the wef and evil activities”
Russia isn’t exactly a model of civilized behavior, either.
Just saying.

In the midst of a hot war there is no reason for any government to tell the truth about their own forces or the enemy’s. Whichever side you are on, it is pointless to take any of these reports seriously.
According to you propaganda peddling idiots, Russians had long evacuated Kherson and Kherson City.
Ukrainians waiting for an invitation to take it/them?

“According to you propaganda peddling idiots, Russians had long evacuated Kherson and Kherson City.”
The Russians since October 16th have been assembling a fleet of barges on the Dnipro River most likely to support an impending evacuation or redeployment (whichever you prefer).

The story is already debunked as a Ukrainian propaganda feat.
Ukrainians taking Kherson when?!
Waiting for an invitation?!!
“The Thee Hundred
The Claim: the 155th Brigade of the Russian marine infantry lost 300 men as wounded, killed, and missing in action in fighting at Pavlovka.
The Russian Ministry of Defence Response: The losses are significantly overstated, the losses of the Brigade constituted 1% KIA and 7% WIA. Most of the 7% WIA have already recovered and returned to battle.
The Renewed Claim: Ah-ha, well the Brigade is 3300 men at full strength, so 1% + 7% = 8% = 264 men killed and wounded (or 33 KIA and 231 WIA).
The Breakdown:
First of all, this is exactly what the reports indicated, that no more than 30 Russian marine infantry of the 155th Brigade lost their lives in the Pavlovka attack. Reports further indicated that the actual number of KIA was between 10 and 30.
Second, the “renewed claim” math only works if the Brigade is assumed to have been at full strength. This is false. From the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict many of the Russian units were understaffed, sometimes severely. This continues to be the case, and the Brigade was not at full strength in Pavlovka fighting.
Accordingly, the truth is definitely somewhere in between the “300 claim” and the MoD rebuttal, but more likely than not it is closer to the MoD numbers. This is confirmed by terse statements from Igor Mangushev.
Igor “Bereg” Mangushev
Colleagues, 155th Brigade just couldn’t get that many combat-ready men [GB: to have lost 300]. As of mid-October, when I went on leave, that’s for sure was the case. I doubt the situation has changed in two weeks. Cut the losses by three times—I agree, it could happen. But 300 people means that the brigade is gone and there is no one to write letters to. And they wouldn’t have gotten into Pavlovka.
There were never hundreds of mobilized men under Pavlovka. If there had been, Pavlovka would’ve been crushed to hell. On the contrary, there are no men. Definitely not hundreds. There’s no place to put them in Pavlovka.
Case closed, in my opinion. The losses of 100 (all in), with an approximate breakdown of 10-20 KIA and 80-90 WIA appears to be closer to truth.”

If ZelenskyyIdiot shit and it had a ‘Russia DoOmed’ smell to it, be assured, you moronic propaganda peddling idiots would pick it up and run with it.
