My completely unscientific belief is most D’s with a functioning brain [I know, not a lot] already are on board with the MAGA philosophy in action if not name, a belief held only because I haven’t totally abandoned all hope that the slaps across the face in the past 2 years have awoken some of them.

He should announce after we win big, and only then. If we don’t win big and the polls are wrong, it’s best for him not to run IMO.
