Maybe using source code from Twitter? Musk may want to look at that…Dorsey doesn’t own any of it anymore.

I don’t understand why Musk didn’t do the same. Twitter was a tainted investment.

Was there no anti-competition agreement within a specified time period? That’s standard.

This is not designed to take down Twitter. Remember Dorsey did NOT sell his shares.

A freeper opined on an earlier thread that this move will "segregate" the left (Blue Sky) from the center and right (Twitter), with two sets of moderation rules. Sounds like a plan. Wish the U.S. could form a separation agreement and work it out.

List of things to do today

1. Go on some social medai platform and get attacked by Twits

2. get a tattoo

3. go give my ballot to get counted behind closed doors in secret by socialist operatives.

4. go on FR where everyone safely agrees with my paradigm [/sarcasm]

Its a wonderful world,, so many choices

It amazes me that Musk’s lawyers did not get Dorsey bound up in a strong non-competition clause in the acquisition agreement.
