Yep. Unfortunately I know of this firsthand and I was close to someone who killed one of these pedo rapists on a patrol. He was initially arrested and held for several days in Bagram and then was released as the killing was determined to be self defense - which it was- long story. Ruined his career, obviously. This was at the end of his third deployment. (First two were Iraq and he was a highly decorated combat soldier. 2 PH, Bronze with V, etc.)
Where will it end?
