This is a stupid move on Trump’s part. It may just be the end of his game, as we/conservatives are battling the huge Washington monster of leftism, not other successful Republicans.
This reinforces the opinion that Trump just cannot let go of his narcissism. It’s his way or else. He ought to consider being a kingmaker and not always brag about himself. He was a good President and accomplished amazing things for our economy and the welfare of most Americans. When he gets involved in petty skirmishes, he loses the people’s regard as a even-handed leader.
I agree in full; Trump has to have the common sense to shut up about these matters until after the election is over. While I can understand his anger at the shenanigans of Paul Ryan & Co., this took away from Mastriano and Oz and was totally unnecessary.
Have you seen this cringe ad for DeSantis?

On the 8th day, God created DeSantis? Let’s talk some more about narcissism. DeSantis has FL wrapped up so this DeSanctimonious thing isn’t going to hurt him. Hanging out and listening to McCarthy and Paul Ryan? That’ll hurt him.
That President Trump had to run for President so Joe Wholesome American could finally have SOMEONE on his Family's side in the US government, is something I am grateful for and I will not criticize Trump for his criticism of that do-nothing Republican abandonment of America.
Anyone who suggests that Trump should be a “kingmaker” is delusional. The only reason he has any political influence at all is that he’s got a huge core of dedicated supporters who think he’s going to run for President again. The moment that possibility ends, he goes back to being a TV clown from New York City and his political influence disappears.
