San Francisco Judge presiding over assault case of Nancy Pelosi's husband divulges in court that she worked with speaker's daughter - and potential successor - in city attorney's office years prior

The judge handling the assault case of the husband of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi disclosed that she had previously worked with the couple's daughter in the 90s.

David DePape, 42, was charged with attempted murder for striking Paul Pelosi, 82, with a hammer after he broke into the Pelosi's San Francisco house, calling out 'Where's Nancy' – the same phrase used by Capitol rioters on January 6.

Judge Loretta Giorgi revealed in court that she was a colleague of Christine Pelosi when the pair worked at the San Francisco attorney's office but added that they hadn't spoken in several years.

And now Nancy is donating to the judges favorite charity.

Breaking and entry was not one of the charges listed.

Does the judge resemble the tennis player with the same last name? Would this mean guilty by association?

It is amazing the incestuous relationships people in power in the United States have become. The United States is now an aristocracy.

You know, I have been wondering about this.

Was there anyone at home besides Paul Pelosi who heard him call out “Where’s Nancy”?

Because, if it is not on the body cams or resident footage, and DePape didn’t include that in the interrogation by police, then it came from Pelosi.

And if it came from Pelosi, this is the Pelosi who was hit in the head twice by a hammer and knocked to appearing unconscious.

So, if he had a skull fracture or was concussed, and the statement came from him, then...is it valid? Because we heard that almost from the very beginning, that DePape said that. Was that on the word of Pelosi?

And how do we know Pelosi didn’t simply insert it to draw attention away from his apparent homosexual liaison with a male prostitute?

Until I see body cams or footage from the residence, I will not believe this was any more than a homosexual/prostitute encounter gone wrong over drugs or payment. If I see footage, I am fully and completely willing to reconsider.

I saw a picture of Pelosi’s daughter the other day, the one who said she saw conservatives defecating on the floors of the Capitol Building on 1/6. (which also buttresses my belief that if she did actually see it and not fabricate it, that 1/6 was a false flag event-crapping on things is 100% the domain of the Left, Antifa, and BLM.)

The picture of her daughter did not surprise me. She is as ugly, cow-like, and Leftist on both the inside and outside as her mother.

Strong grounds for recusal. The justice system is broken...

Perhaps, depending on how closely they worked. Not that I trust Democrats (and particularly, California Democrats) but this could be a big nothing-burger. Who knows, maybe she worked there and came to conclusion that the Pelosi Family were total dirtbags.

He was charges with burglary, which is part and parcel of breaking and entering.

Both PP and DD say that DD was there looking for Pelosi. She wasn’t there in the room with PP when DD entered, so it is not exactly a stretch for DD to ask PP where she was.

Of course, but that isn’t my contention. I fully see where the Leftist whack job might well ask that question.

My point is, did he say it when the cops were present, or somewhere in that 30 minutes after he supposedly broke into the house?

And if it is the latter and not the former, did that description of the encounter come from a tape, from Pelosi, or did it come from DePape?

Is Pelosi’s daughter homosexual? She’s wearing Satanic “rainbow” bracelet.

I guess DePape’s attorney can say all Pelosi’s testimony is tainted by head wounds. If DePape ever get to testify. Can court declare him too mentally unstable to testify?

Unless video proof appears that judge met with daughter Pelosi since she left office.

Is Pelosi’s daughter homosexual? ...

If you are asking about Christine, she is a married woman, to Peter Kaufman.

By the time the cops arrived, DePape knew Nancy was not there. Paul Pelosi said DePape had asked where she was in an interview with cops in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. DePape also said he told Paul Pelosi he was looking for her in his mirandized, recorded statement to police. See page 5 of the charging document.

So he said, “I broke in, yelled out ‘Where’s Nancy’ and then encountered Mr. Pelosi?”

As for a confession, I don’t put any stock in them at all now if the FBI has any involvement. This is the same FBI that does not tape interviews-they have two FBI agents, filling out notes, then getting together and creating their 302 forms to craft their narrative, not the narrative conveyed by the suspect.

I see your “For Crying Out Loud” acronym which I view as a bit dismissive, but I have to assume you understand the issues with FBI obtained “confessions” given what we have seen in the last six years, never mind all the way back to the Richard Jewell investigation.

Accepting “He confessed” at face value is no more than being a drone who watches CBS or CNN and just takes what they put out at face value.

And, by the way, I have to say it really bothers me to view the FBI as an adversary and untrustworthy.

I really dislike that mindset.
