The judge handling the assault case of the husband of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi disclosed that she had previously worked with the couple's daughter in the 90s.

David DePape, 42, was charged with attempted murder for striking Paul Pelosi, 82, with a hammer after he broke into the Pelosi's San Francisco house, calling out 'Where's Nancy' – the same phrase used by Capitol rioters on January 6.

Judge Loretta Giorgi revealed in court that she was a colleague of Christine Pelosi when the pair worked at the San Francisco attorney's office but added that they hadn't spoken in several years.

Off topic to this particular article, but I posted this on another thread.

"Well, since the boy Governor is in the mood to pardon people, remember, that in the past, he has pardoned criminals because they might be deported. So, how about it Governor? Can you find it in your heart to fully pardon David DePape? He is here illegally, like other illegals who have committed crimes who you fully pardoned so that they wouldn’t be deported."

Anyway, the judge is ethically obligated to recuse herself from this case. But, Democrats and ethical are words that don't make sense in the same sentence.

For San Francisco, California, the precedent:

Time served for undocumented man in 2015 killing of Kate Steinle (San Francisco, CA)

The fix is in.. it will all look legal but the results are preordained. Fake evidence will be submitted, a fake confession will be allowed, sentenced to time served and quickly deported to Canada. /s

Notice, it says “reveals”, not recuses. Leftist judges never recuse themselves, even in light of obvious conflict of interest.

calling out 'Where's Nancy'

btw, there's no proof this ever actually happened

SFO Police never confirmed it

it was just quietly slipped into the first news reports, and repeated verbatim ever since

by various leftist Media desperate to link it with Jan. 6th

Ad far as I can tell, that has yet to be determined.

I’m no lawyer, but were I the defendant I would want to keep the judge because it may be excellent grounds for appeal if found guilty.

People, the way it works is this: Judge discloses she worked with what’s her face. Lawyers say if they have a problem with it. Hell, I wouldn’t have a problem with it, we all work with one another during our careers, it doesn’t mean we are in cahoots with one another, even though the public thinks that is what it means.

For what it is worth:

https://abc7news.com/paul-pelosi-attack-david-depape-trial-judge-loretta-giorgi-suspect-update/12417367/
No one objected during Friday’s hearing to Judge Loretta “Lori” Giorgi’s ties to the Pelosi family and San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said the case might be heard by another judge regardless. The public defender’s office did not immediately have a comment.

This is all a misunderstanding… when DePape came over he said to Paul in the Canadian language, ay Paul youz want to get hammered ay? Paul did not realize that he was speaking Canadian. If only DePape would have communicated in American this would have never happened. It’s all a misunderstanding and things got lost in translation.
