Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Iran is still downplaying its supplying of drones to Russia following its “confession” that it was sending them.
Zelensky said in an address on Saturday to the Ukrainian people that the Iranian government claims it has given a small number of drones to Russia and that it happened before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February, but he knows those claims are false.
He said Ukrainian forces shoot down at least 10 Iranian drones per day, and officials know that Iranian instructors have taught the Russians how to use the drones, even though Tehran has remained quiet on this.
Iran’s foreign minister acknowledged the country gave drones to Russia for the first time on Saturday, saying that the deliveries happened before the war started. Iranian officials had previously denied sending any drones to Russia.
The foreign minister said Iran does not know about how the drones are being used in Ukraine. Tehran has maintained that it is officially neutral in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

So Zelensky, send some of that "Ukraine Winning" to Iran and do something about it, tough guy.
No kidding. Allies help each other out. That’s how this works.
My obligatory outrage….🥱
The Hill want a WW3.
Probably.
Even though they will not survive it.
Seems to be the current Democrat insanity
Find, fix, and destroy the Iranian drone advisors.
Do a Soleimani on them

Chinese models have appeared as well on the Russian side.
Oh geezers, the crappy Hill again.
Plus Russia has geared up to mass produce the drones domestically under license. These things can be produced in huge numbers once the assembly lines and supply chains are set up… à la Henry Ford.
Remember, unlike Ukraine, Russia still has vast manufacturing capabilities and skills as well as huge quantities of raw materials.
Hmmmm.......neocons musta been all atwitter at the news while swillng chilled Krystal and eating room temperature imported Brie at the Four Seasons, paid with govt credit cards Bush gave them.
Yes.
No surprises here. We’ve known about the weapons since the mid 1980’s. China and the Soviet Union became major supplier of arms to Iran from the 1980’s through now. And arms sales from Russia increased significantly in the 1990s. Russia was then building a nuclear power station in Bushehr, Iran, which would be completed in 2011. The Iran nuclear deal opened up a window for China and Russia to revive their arms relationship with Iran by ignoring many of the sanctions.
In April 2015, Russia lifted its self-imposed ban on the delivery of a powerful missile air-defense system to Iran when the Iran nuclear deal negotiation — of which Russia was a part — was yet to be completed. Russia started the delivery of the missiles in April 2016, only three months after the implementation of the nuclear deal. Iran also exported military equipment to countries like Syrian and Sudan, according to SIPRI data. (Stockholm International Peace Research Institute)
It is more than possible the weapons being sent to Russia from Iran are some of their own weapons with a few changes as they could have been warehousing down there for a few decades. Additionally, starting in the mid 1980’s Iran was producing their own tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles, fighter jets and submarines. This is what they have been shipping to Russia along with Russian stored weapons.

Zelensky should just go back to being a crummy comedian playing President in the Ukrainian equivalent of “West Wing.” (His former career, when he wasn’t playing the piano with his wienie.)
Then he can have time to sit down and count his billions.
Obama funded money to kill Ukranians, who are funded by Biden. The solution: NO MORE FORIEGN AID!
“ Iran can give drones to whoever they want, and there is nothing Zelensky can do about it.”
I think they’ve been shooting them down, so your statement isn’t quite true.
It’s telling. Iran and China are Russia’s Allies.
That’s really all one needs to know.
